Hi crew! Have a user that is not able to open the program and cited Add-in 1 System Error. Code: 59, An unexpected network error occurred.

A new build for the Windows 11 24H2 update released by Microsoft broke something in our virtualization engine. We contacted our provider and they are working on a fix.
