"Save As" dialog box does not pop up

I am using excel (Microsoft 365) with xls padlock 2020 to testing the application which worked well in the first tests. Now when I try to save the changes the “Save As” dialog box does not pop up. Also, the next time I run the application, the windows to choose open original workbook or to open a version saved, does not pop up either. Please let me know what happen.

I tried saving your demo workbook to see if I got the same strange behavior, but in this case it works fine, which means the problem should be when I’m compiling my Excel.

Please first make sure you are using XLS Padlock 2020.1 because it generates EXE files that work on Windows 10 May 2020 update.

Yes, the version used is XLS padlock 2020.1

I found the issue. I had selected “Save changes automatically and load them without prompt next time”.
