Protected Formulas - Need to Copy List

I have 2 spreadsheets that are almost identical and I want the list of protected formulas to be the same. Can I export the list from 1 spreadsheet and paste it into the second spreadsheet so that I don’t have to go select all of the cells again?

No, but you can open the folder that contains your Excel workbook file, look for a file with the same filename and with the extension .xplf
This file contains all references to the cells that should be protected. Just edit this file, copy the lines related to the 1st spreadsheet, paste them and replace the name of the 1st spreadsheet with the name of the 2nd one.
