I recently updated windows to 24H2 and my Paquet Builder 2021 in 64 bit version showed a mainscript error and does not work anymore. I reverted back to the 32 bit version, so I can work. Just wanted to flag this. I am not sure that it is windows update related but as it always worked without any problems I would suspect it is.

Same. Really want 64-bit installer support back. ETA on fix?
Thanks for the report! Paquet Builder 2025 is scheduled for release in January. A public Beta version will be available very soon.
The issue you encountered is related to the Pelles C compiler used in PB 2021. Unfortunately, Pelles C appears to have been discontinued, and the Windows 11 KB5046740 update has broken the 64-bit version of the compiler.
As a result, we had to switch to a new C compiler. We chose Clang, and PB 2025 will include this updated compiler.
In the meantime, you can continue using the 32-bit version of Paquet Builder, which can still generate 64-bit installers.
