Not able to run 64 bit Error code 8

Clients submit following error:
translation to english: “not able to run 64 bit. Error: A call to an OS function failed”
and then second after clicking OK
“64-bit version of Excel find, but program not initiated 64 bit. Contact vendor. Error code: 8”

Newest Windows, newest Padlock, compiled as standalone universal EXE 32bit+64bit.

What can I do with it?

This error is due to an antivirus that blocks the 64-bit mode. Ask your clients which antivirus they are using.
