"but you are not authorized to remove the "Built with HTML Executable" mark",
Is this meaning, the “Built with HTML Executable mark” can be removed programatically
but is not authorized to do so ?

There is also a check done to see whether you have removed it or not. Anyway, removing it would be a violation of the license agreement, unless you purchase the “No Branding” option.
