Error running version 4.5.3 [SOLVED]

I have upgraded to the latest version(version 4.5.3) of HTMLEXE however i found this error after compilation to every new project, see the attached file.
however the old projects run as usual,
plz find what can be the issue ?

You have to go to the Visual Controls => Toolbar and refresh the logo bitmap. 4.5.3 fixes some problems that occurred with projects. In your case, the logo bitmap was probably corrupted.
