Display hostname in packet builder

I need to display the hostname of destination computer either by reading registry, or a bat file and store in text file or reading environment variables, I tested the 3 ways but I can not manage to display the variable in a show message to the user.

Can you help me?

Sorry for the post, turned out that I wasn’t reading the registry entries correctly.
