Compiled Spreadsheet Is Blank When Opened

After compiling a spreadsheet ‘Test.xlsx’ to a ‘Test.Exe’ file and testing it, Excel opens but without the spreadsheet ever displaying. All menus are read only, I am using Excell 2007 ‘non-commercial’ version of Excel and XLS Padlock 2.5.0.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong?
