Compiled EXE is not working on Windows XP SP3 - SOLVED

Hi,
We have downloaded exophpsetup221.exe and made a compiled exe to work in windows xp. But when I try to run the output exe, it shows the error message as the exe will work on Windows Vista or higher versions. Please help me to resolve the issue.

We have checked with two Windows XP PC, but the issue exists in both PC. Please look into the issue and help me to solve the problem.
 
Did you enable the WindowsXPCompatible flag in the “Rendering engine” component?
