Is there a way to fix this problem without upgrading? I am not upgrading because I am not paying the extra to renew my code-signing certificate plus the cost of this program. I would like for my existing users to be able to continue using the spreadsheet they have already purchased.

I agree. I did not renew my support in 2023 because they had not done an update in a year and a half and I haven’t received any kind of decent response time when I ask questions. Their support is terrible. And of course they released a new version very soon after I didn’t renew.

Were you able to open the file that I sent the link to without the error? If so, then I would think that it is a local issue. If not, then not a local error. I was not notified that the file was ever downloaded.

I have this same issue. I have had a couple of users figure this out and activated their trial more than 1 time. I had to go into WooCommerce and block that order so they couldn’t do it again.
