    Interesting. Unless you used a custom path for the installation, the path shouldn't be the same. Or maybe, since it's installed with MSI, they correctly updated the target.

    It looks like Norton 360 Antivirus tries to interfere with the internal protection of XLS Padlock. Your customer should try to temporarily disable the protection or whitelist the file. Note that the module is digitally signed so Norton is overwhelming its reaction, looks like a bug.
