I’ve noticed that the security profiles partially work for popups. For example if I set a security profile to disable select text, prevent copy and disable context menu, and apply it to the particular html page when i launch the page as a popup I can still select text and use ctrl+c to copy the text.

Security profiles do not work officially for popup windows. This is a known restriction.
OK thanks. I created a workaround until you guys can address it. So those who are wishing to protect your popups in the mean time you all can download this popup-protect script. Just add it to your html pages. Works great! http://www.filedropper.com/pupprotect
