Request: Open PDF Viewer in new window

I have a flash-based computer-based training course which provides it’s own navigation, and thus have no use for the tool bar. However, by turning off the tool bar there is no way to return to the CBT after viewing a pdf in the built in pdf viewer. Is it possible to either:

1. Add an option to open pdf viewer in new window.
2. Add an option to show toolbar in pdf-viewer only.
3. Preferably both 1 & 2.

In HTMLEXE 4.9, there is now a button to close the PDF and return to the previous page. You were right: if the user disabled the toolbar and the menubar, there was no way to go back.
