Having the "exe" file display custom icon when on Dropbox not working

Hello

I am able to have the custom icon work for the "exe" file when copying the file locally on my machine; however, the custom icon does not appear immediately on the file in Windows Explorer when the file is copied to Dropbox. The default XLSPadlock icon appears when file is copied to Dropbox.
