One of our customer face below two issue
Failed to prepare 64-bit mode. Error: A call to an OS function failed

A 64-bit version of Excel has been detected but the application failed to initiate the 64-bit mode. Please contact the vendor. Error code: 8

We got some reports about McAfee. Which format did you use for your workbook compilation? Stand-alone EXE or XPLAPP+EXE Bundle?
 
OK, we’ll report the issue to McAfee. In the meanwhile, you can ask your customer to do the same or temporarily add an exception for the EXE.
