I have several clients that their excel opened up and my XLS WB but they can not click the macro buttons. No response at all. If their ms office is expired or crack ver then the excel won’t supposed to open in the first place but it opened up. What could be the problem? Anti virus is off. WB...

These 2 updates only. after that I asked my client to temporarily turn off the windows update until we fixed the problem (attachments)
