i have a client receiving this kind of error. what does cause this and what does he need to do?

I have clients using MAC. but unfortunately all workbooks are compiled in .exe. How can I distribute a compiled workbook that works with the MAC? or is there any way to make .exe work in MAC?

My clients are wondering if they can put there own company logo and name. so i made it with editable text but the logo cannot be inserted once the workbook is already compiled. the insert picture from this device is greyed and cannot be click. how do i insert a picture? please help.
