Hello I have a software made with exeoutput database is already in data folder marked as outside file In all pc, USB software works perfectly but in one of my client pc when usb inserted software opens perfectly but can not read or write from database please help thank you

i was at my customers place to update his software i copied files and when run new exe it give error "can not connect to mysql " so then again i deleted this new updated file and run old exe which was again working fine what to do every thing was same but new didn’t run old was running perfectly
