I was using the avast anti-virus software - premium. It was controlling the Windows Firewall. I reverted it back to the ‘free’ version. Now the files open in 10 - 15 seconds.

I have just tried to open an xls padlock workbook. But the splash screen stays there for over a minute and will not open. I am using windows 10 & excel 2013 32-bit. None of my xls padlock workbooks will open. It just stays on the splash screen. I have hundreds of workbooks. James

After signing successfully the error Erreur OLE 800AC472 appears when trying to open the exe file. Unsigned exe files work properly. But all the ‘Successfully signed’ files display the same error.

Solved, Open IE - click on tools / internet options. On the content tab choose certificates / select the certificate then choose export. The ‘wizard’ will then guide you through to create a *.PFX file

Solved The master keys were different I deleted all instances of the .DS_Store file. Then uploaded two samples with different keys. This seemed to work without problem. I will try more later, I don’t know what the .DS_Store file does, so I don’t know if or is fixed now or if I have caused...
