How do I upgrade my version of XLS Padlock the latest one?

How does XLS Padlock work with hardware locking if a client has terminal server? Also if a customer wants 2 users to share the files they create how do I give each of them hardware locked activation?

Question from a newbie. If I send my client his .exe file on a USB stick does he have to simply open it or can he transfer the file to his hardware locked PC and then open?

If I specify an expiry date in the compiled file can the client simply change their system date on the hardware activated PC each day to keep my software active indefinitely?
